Joel Frank, CEO

Joel Frank has been hanging around woodshops since he was a little kid, building some of his toys with his dad's hand tools in elementary school. Except for dabbling in fine art in college, he's been building and remodeling homes his whole career. With his exceptionally cool head and calm disposition, he keeps his eye on the big picture and makes sure things go off without a hitch. While he focuses on whole home projects these days, his hidden talent is fine finish carpentry. A true renaissance man, he can frame a house, design a remodel, handcraft a historical library, and play flat pick guitar like nobody's business.

Jackie Frank, Operations Manager

Over the years, Jackie has run her own design studio, worked in high tech, banded birds on the Pacific coast, and reported on science and technology for radio. Currently, she's Joel Frank Builder's one-man operations band: business strategist, accountant, human resources manager, and marketer rolled into one. Outside of work, she raises her two boys, volunteers in the community, and bakes a mean sourdough bread.
